trying to get myself to actually get a rails project knocked down. i’ve only been fooling around with it for the last two or three years; should probably, you know, get some traction there. this is the best part about not having been gainfully employed for the last year+; this whole comPUtor fad seems weirder by the day.
on the other hand, you have to love a culture (and i’m talking globally here) where a book gets hot because a celebrity, famous for (among other noteworthy achievements of course) admitting to have never read a book in her life, is seen walking around with said book. it’s like someone told don delillo to handle western reality for the next decade or two.
